Planning and Conceptual Design

A 200 acre / 1.6 million s.f. mixed use development planned for Jackson, Mississippi consisting of office, retail, entertainment and residential space, 3 hotels and a performing arts center. To maximize sustainability, the project utilizes green roofs, landscaped courtyards to aid in passive cooling and incorporates an existing creek along with retaining ponds to manage site drainage. – 2009 Dallas AIA Unbuilt Merit Award Winner - Work performed while employed at Perkins+Will.
